Brian received his B.A. and M.Sci in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, supervised by Professor Jonathan Goodman in his final year project.

He did a summer internship in the Bayley lab in 2016 and joined the lab as a DPhil student in 2018. Brian is currently engineering new ways to selectively transfer biological signals across lipid bilayers in synthetic tissues.

He is a recipient of Croucher scholarship.
